Data Processing Consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
QpiAI India Private Limited ("Company" or "us" or "we") is committed to protecting your personal data.
This consent notice ("Notice") explains how your personal data will be collected, handled, stored, used, shared, disclosed and transferred ("Process" or "Processing" or "Processed") in connection with your usage of our platform QpiAI Pro ("Requested Service").

| Service Data | Dataset and Model Data: Datasets, files, and data samples uploaded by you for training, validation, and testing of machine learning models; trained model artefacts, weights, and configuration files. Pipeline Configuration Data: AutoML pipeline settings, hyperparameter configurations, feature engineering steps, and experiment configurations defined on the Platform. Experiment and Training Logs: Model training metrics, evaluation results, performance benchmarks, and training run history generated through your use of the Platform. MLOps Deployment Data: Model deployment configurations, inference endpoint definitions, model versioning records, and monitoring metrics. Integration Data: API tokens, access credentials, and user IDs from integrated data sources, cloud storage platforms, and enterprise systems authorised by you. Usage Metadata: Timestamps, frequency of pipeline and training executions, compute resource consumption, API call logs, and IP-based location data. |

2. Purposes of Processing of Personal Data
We Process your personal data for the following purposes:

| Fraud Detection | To take actions necessary for prevention and detection of fraudulent activity, account misuse, and unauthorised access. |
Note: We may undertake the above activities either ourselves or through our affiliates or third parties such as vendors and service providers, in accordance with our internal policies and applicable law.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you have the right to:

This could mean that the terms and conditions applicable to discontinuation or closure of your Requested Service will become applicable. Specifically, such withdrawal and consequent discontinuation of the Requested Service could also lead to consequent obligations or charges as applicable under the terms and conditions, or loss of benefits.
