This Privacy Policy ("Policy") covers how QpiAI Pro ("Platform"), an enterprise-grade, no-code / low-code AutoML and MLOps platform that enables organisations to build, train, evaluate, deploy, and monitor machine learning models at scale, owned and operated by QPIAI INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Mezzanine Floor, Northwest and Southwest Bays, HUB 1, SEZ Tower, Karle Town Center, Karle Infra Special Economic Zone, Nagavara Village, Venkateshapura, Bangalore North, Karnataka, India — 560045 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "QpiAI Pro", "we", "us", or "our") — collects, uses, discloses, processes, transfers and stores information received from users of our services and visitors and users of our website located at https://pro.qpiai.tech and its subdomains ("Offerings"). We are committed to upholding the privacy and security of information supplied by every person accessing or using our Offerings ("you").

"Non-Personal Information" means any Personal Information that is either publicly available, or any information not personally identifiable to you.
"Personal Information" means any non-public information that directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available with us, is capable of identifying you, and includes the information that you provide when you register with us or avail our services through our website.
2. Minimum Age and Antecedents
Our Offerings are not designed for use by anyone under the age of 18 (eighteen). If you are a minor, you must access or use the Offerings through your parent or legal guardian. We use neutral age screening at the time of registration. If you are under the age of 18, the Company reserves the right to (a) block the registration; or (b) obtain parental consent in accordance with the Data Privacy Laws. We may, at our sole discretion, delete information pertaining to, and cancel accounts of, users suspected of being under the age of majority and using the Offerings without the verifiable consent of their parent or legal guardian.

Generally, you control the amount and type of information you provide to us when using our Offerings. If you choose not to provide Personal Information, you may be able to browse our website to find out more about us and our services, but you may not be able to access certain features and functions of the Platform.
If you choose to use our Offerings to purchase services you will be required to provide us with additional information, based on the nature of the services and facilities availed. Based on the features of our Offerings that you access or use, we may also be required to share your information, including Personal Information with our vendors and partners to facilitate the rendering of the Offerings. 3.1 Registration Information
When you register with us, we collect certain mandatory information from you which is required to enable you to use the Offerings and for us to verify your identity. This includes, among other things, your name, phone number, email address, organisation name, and billing address.
3.2 Your Communication with Us
When you contact us directly (via email, phone, chat, or other means), we may collect personal information from you in the course of that interaction.
3.3 Support Information
When you request support services for our Platform, we may collect information pertaining to your technical environment, model configurations, and the nature of your support request to facilitate resolution.
3.4 Financial Information
When you choose to purchase or subscribe to our Offerings, we may collect financial information necessary to process your payments. This includes your bank account details, card credentials, UPI ID, or any other payment information as disclosed by you. All payments are processed through authorised third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive card authentication data on our systems.
3.5 User Content
When you use our Offerings, we collect Personal Information that is included in the datasets, inputs, file uploads, or any other content you provide on our Platform. You warrant that where such content includes another person's personal data, you have obtained all necessary consents as required under the Data Privacy Laws.
3.6 Platform Usage Information
When you use the features of the Platform — including model training, experiment tracking, pipeline orchestration, and model deployment — we do not collect uploaded data, including: datasets, files, embeddings, data samples uploaded for training, validation, and testing; trained model artefacts, weights; or inference data. Integration data such as API tokens, access credentials, and user IDs from integrated systems is also not collected.
However, we collect the following information which is generic in nature and is required to provide a seamless user experience:
- Pipeline Configuration Data: AutoML pipeline settings, model architecture, hyperparameter configurations, feature engineering steps.
- Experiment and Training Logs: Model training metrics, evaluation results, performance benchmarks, and training run history.
- MLOps Deployment Data: Model deployment configurations, deployment health, model versioning records, and monitoring metrics.
- Dataset Configuration: Domain, Sub-Domain, spatial geometry, visual occlusion complexity, latent feature distributions, and class representation balance.
- Usage Metadata: Timestamps, frequency of pipeline and training executions, compute resource usage, API call logs, and IP-based location data.
We are not responsible for how any third-party data source, cloud platform, or integrated application collects, processes, uses, retains, or discloses your information.
3.7 Other Information
Any additional information which we may collect from you during your subsequent use of the Offerings, or as and when you avail our services.
While certain portions of the information will be held by us, some information will be shared with our vendors and partners for the purpose of delivering our Offerings. You hereby consent to such collection, use, display, processing and handling of your information by us as described in this Policy. You also acknowledge and agree that all such information provided by you is accurate, true and up to date. You acknowledge that your consent is free, informed, unconditional, specific and has been provided willingly without any coercion.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites that are not operated by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policy, or practices of any third-party site. We advise you to separately review the privacy policy of every site you visit.
10. Information Security
The information provided by you is stored in access-controlled facilities with restricted access. Your information transmitted over the internet is protected through the use of encryption using secure protocols.
We are ISO 27001:2025 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified. All personal data stored on our systems is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Data transmitted between your device and our platform is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. All payment transactions are handled by a third-party gateway provider and are neither stored nor processed on our servers.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to affect your rights or interests, we will notify you and the relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable Data Privacy Laws. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and your use of the Offerings is at your sole risk and discretion.
11. Rights of the User
- Right to Know. You have the right to obtain from us a summary of your Personal Information being processed by us, and the identities of vendors and partners with whom it has been shared.

12. Data Retention and Erasure
Unless required to be retained to comply with Data Privacy Laws or any other applicable law in force, we will erase or permanently delete all your Personal Information upon termination of our services, withdrawal of your consent, or once the purpose for which it was collected is no longer being served. Model artefacts and pipeline configurations associated with your account will be deleted within 30 days following account closure, subject to applicable retention obligations.
