Team Members
The Team Members section helps you build and manage your collaborative workspace by letting you invite and organize your team. This feature makes it easy to work together while maintaining the right level of access for each team member.
“How to Manage Your Team”:
- Inviting New Members:
- Enter the team member’s email in the invitation field
- Click the “Invite” button to send them an access invitation
- They’ll receive an email with instructions to join your workspace
- Managing Team Roles:
- Use the dropdown menu next to each member to adjust their role
- Admin: Full access to manage settings, projects, datasets, and team members. Can invite new members and assign roles.
- User: Can view and work on assigned projects, create annotations, and access datasets. Cannot modify team settings or invite members.
- Annotator: Limited access focused on creating and editing annotations within assigned projects. Cannot modify project settings or access sensitive data.
💡Tips for Team Organization:
- Assign roles based on team members’ responsibilities
- Regularly review and update member permissions
- Remove access for inactive team members
- Ensure new members are assigned appropriate roles for their tasks.
